So, I took my socks to my first track practice of the year, and even after a hard week of 90km and 3 hard workouts, my calves still had lots of spring left in them. To put things into context and demonstrate the benefit of CEP Compression socks...
- I have not, in recent history, done three hard workouts in one week.
